Return Policy

At Studio Alexander Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a return option under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with the original packaging.

• All returns should include the original receipt. 

• If your order is missing paperwork or was shipped in multiple boxes, and you wish to return the entire order, please contact our Shop Support Team for assistance.

Return Timeframe & Conditions:

• For full-price items, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return any unwanted items for a full refund.

• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

• Art is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Studio Alexander Shop Made-to-Order Policy

Made-to-order items are created based on your specific preferences, such as color, size, and finish. As these items are custom-made, returns will incur a 50% charge of the total product value.

If you wish to cancel your made-to-order order, you have 48 hours from the time of purchase to do so without any charges. Cancellations made after this 48-hour window, or any failed delivery attempts due to access issues, will be subject to a 50% charge of the total product value.

Large furniture items will incur a restocking fee of 20% and a return shipping charge based on the size of the items.
