At Studio Alexander Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a return option under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with the original packaging.

All returns should include the original receipt.

If your order is missing paperwork or was shipped in multiple boxes, and you wish to return the entire order, please contact our Shop Support Team for assistance.
Return Timeframe & Conditions:

For full-price items, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return any unwanted items for a full refund.

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
- Art is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Studio Alexander Shop Made-to-Order Policy
Made-to-order items are created based on your specific preferences, such as color, size, and finish. As these items are custom-made, returns will incur a 50% charge of the total product value.
If you wish to cancel your made-to-order order, you have 48 hours from the time of purchase to do so without any charges. Cancellations made after this 48-hour window, or any failed delivery attempts due to access issues, will be subject to a 50% charge of the total product value.
